Nourished Body and Soul was founded by Denise Clark, a meditation practitioner and health coach. After a fulfilling career and personal experiences with the transformative power of meditation, Denise was inspired to share these tools with other women entering retirement. Our mission is to support retired and retiring women as they navigate life transitions, offering simple, accessible tools for reducing stress and reconnecting with their inner calm.
